Melanie Mason

Melanie is the heart of Tryniti and the incredible influence and guru to the entire team.

Melanie was a competitive runner for years running long distance track and field and cross country. In the past couple of years she has taken up golfing and just started playing tennis.

After having 2 children, gaining over 40 lbs. each time, and having 2 c-sections, her personal experiences have provided her with additional life skills that she hopes to share with clients.

Mark Chee-Aloy

Mark Chee-Aloy is a graduate of York University with a Specialized Honors Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science, with the designation of Certified Kinesiologist as a member in good standing with the Ontario Kinesiology Association. He is also a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, holding a Diploma in Massage Therapy, with the designation of Registered Massage Therapist as a member is good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Mark's employment has consisted of Head of Massage Therapy Department and instructor in the Massage Therapy and the Professional Fitness Consultant programs at the private career college Medix School, as well as conducting a Private Massage Therapy Practice since 2005.

Mark educates adults in the following fields of study: Anatomy and Physiology, Pathology, Kinesiology and Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Psychology, Health Communication and Health Promotion, Professional Development, Business, Wellness and Nutrition, Fitness Assessment, and Exercise Prescription.

Andrew Brooke

Andrew is a 27-year-old personal trainer who has been involved in the fitness industry for over 8 years.

Being heavily involved in sports from a young age, Andrew always pushed himself to be the best that he could be.

Through hockey, he was introduced to sports strength and conditioning, and it is here where he fell in love with fitness.
Andrew saw himself getting bigger, faster and stronger and experienced first hand how determination, commitment and the right guidance is the formula to change peoples’ lives forever.

Throughout his fitness career, Andrew has developed various programs for a wide variety of clients of different ages, body types, abilities and goals.

Andrew’s focus as a dedicated personal trainer is to help people reach their full potential, in all aspects, including a healthy body, mind and soul.

Lenore Foster

Lenore is a certified yoga instructor. She first tried yoga in the hopes of finding some relief with the tight muscles she was developing through regular workouts and weight lifting.

One of the first things she discovered was the power of the breath to help her deepen the poses. Since then, she also noticed the breath can help ease and quiet the mind. The breath and the mind being so interconnected, she was amazed at how simply breathing deeply could help so much with relieving stress. Coming home from a yoga class and slipping into bed for a deep, relaxing sleep, was something she craved. The yoga made a difference in loosening her tight muscles and in becoming more aware of the unconscious tension residing in her body. The stress relief yoga offered also translated into being a more patient parent.

In teaching, she focuses on alignment of the body, on finding stability and strength, yet also ease and lightness. She believes that the actual practice of yoga is not in the postures or movements themselves but is the way in which we consciously respond to the challenges that they represent. She hopes to help people find that connection between the breath, the body and the mind, and, ultimately, finding their true inner self, and the peace within.

Marius Gheorge

Marius is a Registered Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer, member of Canfitpro and is First Aid and CPR certified. He graduated from Medix School on 2010, is registered with College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is a member of the Ontario Massage Therapy Association.

He offers Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Hydrotherapy and incorporates aromatherapy into the treatments.

Marius is highly qualified to provide deep tissue massage as well as relaxation massage, myofascial release, sore foot and leg treatment, pre-and post-natal massage, massage for the elderly, lymphatic drainage, abdominal massage, lactic acid release sports massage and joint mobilizations.

Marius has experience working in Rehabilitation Clinics, Health Clinic Med Spa, Spa Hotel, with exposure to a range of treatment needs. He enjoys working with people and has excellent communication skills, is flexible and can work with people of all ages.

Mohua Ghose

Mohua has been in the fitness industry for since 2005. She has a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College.

Mohua is passionate about helping people reach their goals. She works with all ages and fitness levels. Her focus is on functional training, using stability balls, BOSUs, TRX and kettlbells because they build healthier better body.

Joelle Goldberg

Viviana Grijalba

Viviana’s journey into the world of natural healing began when her grandmother was recovering from injury. During a Massage Therapy session for her grandmother’s treatment, she realized the power and potential of this healing art, and her passion was born. Soon after, she began her studies. Graduating from the acclaimed Medix School and Teaching Clinic in 2010, was just the beginning.


Viviana continues to study complementary healing modalities, such as, Acupressure Massage, Aromatherapy, Infant Massage, Breath Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Graston Technique and more. Viviana draws from a combination of Swedish Massage, Myofascial Therapy, Trigger Points Therapy, and Deep Tissue as needed.


Viviana is in good standing with the governing body of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is a professional member of the Registered Massage Therapist’s Association of Ontario (RMTAO).

Shannon Holmes

Shannon has studied yoga since the late 1990‘s. Specializing in Hatha yoga, she shows her students that Yoga stretches well beyond simply the physical benefits, with far-reaching mental and emotional benefits as well. Her classes range from smooth flowing sequences to strong holding postures - both allow students to turn inwards and allow the pose to advance with the breath and strength that is required to create flexibility. Her passions lie within every individual in her class, allowing them to have fun while having a deepening experience.

Shannon has also become known for her Pre and Post Natal classes. Once giving birth to her 2 daughters, she realized a huge gap in care for prenatal and post natal mothers. Going beyond a typical yoga class, Shannon is truly a Pre and Post Natal mothers best friend, discussing all things with no judgment, and encouraging and nurturing mothers to reconnect to their true nature. She has developed her own unique Partner Prenatal Workshop and also teaches Reflexology and Massage for Babies, as well as an introduction on how to make your own baby food, and when to introduce what foods to baby!

Extending her mind as well as her body, Shannon is also a Certified Meditation Facilitator, having studied world mystic religions such as Buddhism, Christian mysticism and Hinduism, as well as various other spiritual paths. Her attention and commitment to breath work and meditation combined can be felt in her classes. She also is currently a Level 2 Chios Energy Healer and hopes to accomplish Level 3 in the coming year. Moving from the mat to the ring, Shannon also has extensive experience in boxing, as well as Pilates, Belly dancing, and is a Certified Thai Yoga Massage therapist, all of which contribute to her unique outlook on yoga.

Her vast spectrum of experiences culminates into classes that are challenging, unique and fun leaving her students feeling challenged, uplifted, and with a complete sense of well being, and is often revered as a teacher of teachers.

Marta Sawala

Marta Sawala is a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor. She believes Yoga and Pilates are the perfect compliment to each other harmonizing the spirit and building strength through alignment and core.

Ildiko Szilagyi

Devotion to live a healthy, balanced life is reflected by my everyday lifestyle. Born and raised in Europe, the cradle of civilization, lived in North Africa where life is simple and stress non – existent and now living in North America as an enthusiastic world citizen and spiritual adventurer. The life experience of three continents led to a very unique view of life and moral philosophy.

I’ve got my first meditation CD fourteen years ago from a neurologist as a cure for migraines. This was my first life altering experience with yoga. Getting unexpected benefits and getting healthy without side effects made me understand that ‘mind over matter ‘ is not just an aphorism.

With over 10 years of personal practice I’ve taken the decision of taking my “health passion” to professional level. Sharing the joy and the endless benefits of yoga with others gives the fuel to a meaningful life.

The western world has taken out from yoga only the workout part, but yoga is so much more. It’s my believe that only ancient authentic yoga has the highest potential in giving you the change you are looking for in your life. This is the reason for combining the most elements of yoga during my classes (asanas, pranayamas, mudras, bhandas, meditation) giving you every time the experience of joy and peacefulness.

Joining the team of Tryniti is taking me further towards my goal of becoming an ayurvedic and yoga therapist and to help you on your own path to optimal health.

Alisa Walton

Alisa is a graduate of the conservatory programme at the School of Physical Theatre (London). Alisa has performed as both a ballet Dancer and Actor/Athlete on stage, television, and in circuses. She has close to 20 years of experience as a movement educator and coach of techniques varying from stage Combat and Acrobatics to Stilt Dancing and Ballet.

Alisa holds certifications to teach Pilates from Stott Pilates and Movement for Health. She has worked with First Generation Instructors Ron Fletcher and Mary Bowen and Second Generation Instructors Karen Carlson, Pat Guyton and Dianne Miller. Alisa is also Certified to coach Kettlebell and to teach Yoga.

Alisa works with all levels but has trained Pro-Athletes (Rowers, Figure Skaters) pre-professional Ball players and Dancers.
