Melanie is the heart of Tryniti and the incredible influence and guru to the entire team.

Melanie was a competitive runner for years running long distance track and field and cross country. In the past couple of years she has taken up golfing and just started playing tennis.

After having 2 children, gaining over 40 lbs. each time, and having 2 c-sections, her personal experiences have provided her with additional life skills that she hopes to share with clients.

About Barrymore
Barrymore is a +30 year veteran of the fitness industry. He lives by the mantra “the only one that can limit you, is you, aim high”.

With that foundation, he is able to help others find their strength and encourages them to push their limits to find new heights of both fitness and optimism.

With three decades of experience in the industry he has a broad background that helps him deal with all levels of fitness – beginner to professional. It started with a passion for competitive bodybuilding in his 20’s and graduated to an expert in strength and conditioning for college/professional athletes and then on to developing a team of “Fitness Navigators”. This team of personal trainers were guided to new levels of excellence in discipline, commitment and customer service – the standards to which he holds himself.

There is no doubt that his even-tempered style and motivational influence are only a few of the stand out qualities that make him both a top notch trainer as well as Motivational Speaker. He emphatically believes that the ability to succeed is all about attitude and association. This easily translates to relationships he builds with his clients to uniquely inspire them to find the best in themselves.

The goal is improved health based on knowledge, education and results.

Diane Spence, CPT, FIS, CPI, CFC

A love of all things relating to fitness, health, and wellness lead Diane to a career in the fitness industry over 10 years ago. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates, Barre, and Fitness instructor, Diane has been helping clients improve their health, lifestyle, and fitness levels, whether it’s through customized training programs or challenging them in the fitness studio.

Diane loves working one on one with clients as much as she loves group classes, and thoroughly enjoys sharing her client’s excitement as they see their strength and fitness levels improve.

Diane’s certifications come from CPTN, (The Canadian Personal Trainer’s Network), the Ontario Fitness Council, Can-Fit Pro, Reebok, CSEP-The Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, and Merrithew, as well as various Nutrition courses. She is always doing research to find new and exciting ways to challenge her clients to help reach their fitness goals.

Sheila is a personal trainer with a passion for health and fitness since she was younger. She strongly believes in the necessity for an active lifestyle, it’s led her becoming a certified personal trainer.

She has recently be certified in Core Restore with Bellies Inc.

Her philosophy: she wants to help clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health & wellness. She always want do her best to create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun way. And always have the desire to gain more knowledge to help more people.

She wants to share with others the positive effects of exercise on our physical and psychological well-being, and her appreciation for what our bodies and minds can achieve.

As a Personal Trainer, she wants to share her enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle, and help you realize what your body is capable of. She believes that with the right training program, a bit of determination and support, anyone can achieve their goals.

Melissa (Mell) has been training clients one-on-one and teaching bootcamps for many years. Because she has personally dealt with weight gain & loss and multiple injuries, she is able to understand her clients’ struggles and limitations. She focuses on form and functional training for her clients to ensure optimal results.

Melissa started figure skating at a young age which lead her to competitive dance and trampoline. From there, she started training herself at a gym and focused on her fitness and nutrition. After realizing what a difference working out and eating healthy made in her life, she decided to become a personal trainer so she could help others work towards their fitness and health goals.

About Nathaniel
Nathaniel Kozlow began his professional dance career at the age of 14 joining the corps de ballet of the Baroque Opera company, Opera Atelier. At 19, he joined the National Ballet of Canada dancing in the corps until 2009. With both companies he toured Europe, Asia and North America performing in many of the most famous theatres across the world. He was a part of the creation of James Kudelka’s last 4 full length ballets creating demi soloist and corps roles. In 2010 Nathaniel joined the Arthur Murray Dance franchise and quickly became a successful American Smooth and Rhythm teacher competing Pro/Am in both genres at Canadian, American and European AM comps from Newcomer to Scholarship levels. In 2016 Nathaniel was awarded the Arthur Murray Winners Circle as the Second Place Top Teacher in the world. Nathaniel has numerous film and television dance credits including Barney’s Version, Reign Seasons 1-3, The Magic Flute Diaries, Persee The Making of an Opera. Nathaniel has done extensive work coaching and choreographing for professionals and amateurs in Ballet, Baroque and Ballroom dancing. Nathaniel is certified as a Silver Instructor in American Smooth and Rhythm and is a certified Advanced Fighting Actor.
Nathaniel teaches beginners all the way to professionals in social and competitive, health and balance based Ballroom, Latin and Specialty dancing.

About Audrey
Audrey Long, BSc, R.Ac., is a graduate of The Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences and a registered Acupuncturist with CTCMPAO. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at The University of Western Ontario, Audrey was in pursuit of a career goal that bridged her personal philosophy of health and wellness that is grounded in ancient Chinese medicine with her understanding of the practical needs of the modern world.

Audrey discovered an outlet for her passion that was grounded in her own origins. As she explains it, “The principles of Chinese medicine are consistent with my own values and how I believe people should live their lives. Delivering healthcare solutions that are holistic and focused on the entire body and mind give me a great sense of accomplishment as I treat my patients.”

Audrey’s training in traditional Chinese medicine included acupuncture, herbal medicine, TuiNa (Chinese Massage) Qi Gong and Tai Qi. In addition to her formal program at the Michener Institute, she has also completed other short programs which include Acupuncture for Pregnancy and Labour and Cosmetic Acupuncture. The latter was provided by Mary Elizabeth Wakefield, one of the leading proponents of facial renewal techniques in the world today.
